NPS will, where possible, send a multi-skilled  engineer to site on a scheduled basis for a set period of time for him/her to complete a number of maintenance issues in one visit. Valid paperwork confirming times on site, tasks completed (all to pre-agreed budgets) can then be forwarded.
 
Quotes are free of charge and NPS will roll-out its e-billing, e-photos and PDF attachments onto relevant files in the early part of 2010 to complement this further. NPS can further highlight and cost any further required works for consideration whilst providing a record and costs which can be accessed at any time - even 12 months in the future.
